Whether you're pumping to build a stash, share feeding responsibilities, or preparing for your return to work, this class will help you understand how to make pumping work for your lifestyle. We’ll cover how to choose the right pump, build a routine that supports your supply, store milk safely, and troubleshoot common issues like output concerns or flange fit.
